What are the responsibilities and job description for the Store Manager position at Baskin Robbins?
To manage the day to day running of the store in an efficient and successful way.
Must meet and exceed targets set which include but no limited to:
- COGS targets
- Payroll targets
- customer satisfaction targets
Workforce:
Manage staff, including hiring, disciplinary actions and employee reviews
Create staff schedules
Training all employees to Baskin Robbins standards.
Inventory Management
Product rotated and put away in an organized manner
Weekly inventory of ice crream
Receiving deliveries
Cleaning
Create Cleaning schedules, so that all aspects of the store are cleaned.
To ensure all permits are current, such as food handlers for employees.
Sucessfully communicate new promotions/information to the staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
