Parts processor

POSITION SUMMARY :

The Aftermarket parts processor is responsible for processing customer orders for After Market and Warranty shipments. The position is based out of the Ozark, MO Tracker Trailer Production Facility.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Process all customer orders to include picking, packing, and invoicing for shipments.
• Create all work orders
• Process customer / vendor returns
• Process vendor orders
• Perform daily and weekly cycle counts and inventory activities
• Complete all required HazMat training classes and seminars
• Complete all assigned or team duties in a timely manner
• Keep work area clean, safe, and hazard free
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS :

• Minimum Degree Required : High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certificate(s) or License(s) : Commercial driver's license, and DOT HazMat certification.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY

• Experience utilizing UPS and US Postal Service equipment, all packaging equipment, hand and powered lifts, computers.
• Protective equipment such as safety glasses with side shields.
• Ability for rapid mental and muscular Climbing, use of legs and arms coordination simultaneously
• Ability to distinguish basic colors
• Ability to distinguish numbers and Depth perception understand written and verbal Operation of lift truck and motor vehicle instructions
• Ability to function in a team environment
• Ability to perform duties in extreme environments : outside, inside, extreme cold, extreme heat, dust fumes, work around moving objects or vehicles, work on ladders or scaffolding on Slippery and / or uneven walking area, explosives - LP gasses

INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT :

Performs tasks and duties under direct supervision, using well-defined policies and procedures. Work is reviewed by supervisor.
