What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lamination Deck Side position at Bass Pro Shops?
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Lamination General Labor role reports directly to the Lamination Supervisor or Team Lead and is responsible for ensuring production standards are maintained. The kind of work the laborer performs varies from task to task. They perform a variety of minor repairs and services during the manufacturing process such as: Installing fiberglass matting, rolling resin saturated matting, cutting fiberglass matting, applying stiffening, installing stringers, and demolding product.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Performs a variety of minor repairs and services during the manufacturing process
- Performs the installing of fiberglass matting, rolling resin saturated matting, cutting fiberglass matting, applying stiffening, installing stringers, and demolding product.
- Inspects, cleans, and maintains assigned equipment and area.
- ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Years of experience: No experience required
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:
- Ability to use hand tools
- Be familiar with solvents, resins and different types of fiberglass
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions
- Ability to understand written and oral communication skills
- Knowledgeable of production requirements and safe work practices
