Batavia Avenue Mobil in Batavia, IL is looking for one customer service to join our team. We are located on 27 N Batavia Ave. We are a full-service auto fuel and automobile repair business. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and engaged.

Responsibilities

*Greet customers and make them feel at welcome *Answer any questions the customers may have *Assist Customers in paying for fuel, dropping off cars for service or picking up car once service has been completed *Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment *Stock vending and sales room items *Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner *Hours would be primarily weekdays, 7am-2pm, some fill in Saturday's will be possible

Qualifications

*Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled customers *Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments *Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have *Good communication skills with customers *Ability to use a computer to create Work Orders and receive parts for repairs

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays. Compensation is $14.00 - $16.00/hour.
