We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail and Events Manager at Bath Flip to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both retail lead generation and event planning, as well as excellent leadership and organizational skills. The Retail and Events Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail design store, outside events and coordinating all company events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage all aspects of the retail store lead generation, including staffing, training, scheduling, and customer service.
- Develop and implement in store strategies to drive sales and increase profits.
- Train, mentor, and supervise retail and event staff to ensure required customer service and sales performance.
- Learn company scripts and techniques for face to face lead generation.
- Plan and execute all company events, including product launches, promotional events, and customer engagement activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop event concepts and promotional strategies.
- Work with vendors and suppliers for event services and products.
- Oversee retail and event budgets and ensure all expenses are within budget limits.
- Manage event logistics, such as venue selection, event setup and breakdown, and coordination with event staff.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as vendors, sponsors, and event partners.
- Ensure all retail shifts and outside events are executed seamlessly and meet company standards and objectives.
- Conduct post-event evaluations, cost reviews and provide recommendations for future events.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail lead generation and event planning and execution.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dynamic personality with proven track record of driving leads, sales and increasing profits.
- Experience in developing and executing successful events.
- Strong coaching skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM and event management software.
- Knowledge of retail and event industry trends and best practices.
