Bath Planet of NorCal is looking to hire an experienced Confirmation Call Center Manager in our new Hayward, CA office. Qualified applicants will have excellent computer and communication skills, management experience, customer service experience, be available to work evenings and weekends, and be able to resolve conflicts and issues. Positivity, Dynamic Character and Competitiveness should ooze out of you as standard!

Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Schedule and confrm appointments
- Hire, train and manage Call Center Representatives
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls
- Customer Service
- Manage sales reps schedules
- Achieve weekly and monthly quotas
