As an Appointment Setter at Bath Wizard®, you will contribute to this mission by handling calls from our customers who are interested in upgrading their bathrooms and scheduling appointments for our team of Design Consultants. You will report directly to the Inside Sales Team Lead and work closely with our team of Appointment Coordinators and the rest of the Inside Sales teams.
You will report directly to our Business Development Team Manager and be supported by our Team Leads, Sales Trainers, Customer Service & Operations professionals, and all levels of regional leadership.
What You’ll Contribute
In this role, you can expect to:
· Kick off your Inside Sales career in our two-week training program led by our Training & Development team
· Respond to inbound phone calls with the goal of scheduling sales appointments
· Accurately document all necessary information into our CRM database
· Handle customer requests to change scheduled appointments
· Provide exceptional service to our customers while maintaining key metrics that drive our business forward

We are looking for nights and weekends covered by reliable individuals.
Various shifts
Full time W-F 11 am to 8 pm
Saturday and Sunday 10 am to 7 pm

The guaranteed pay range for this position is $17.75 per hour to $19.75 per hour.
