We are a leading bathroom and kitchen remodeling company, providing exceptional service to clients across the Tampa Bay region. We are currently seeking an experienced, friendly and highly organized Customer Service representative to serve as an Administrator on our team.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting clients
- Coordinating with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely project completion
- Creating and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and other important documents
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Performing general administrative duties, such as filing, copying, and data entry
- Working with our CRM to ensure organized projects.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with customer service.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the construction or remodeling industry is a plus.
- Experience using Salesforce CRM is a plus.
