Process Architect - Continuous Improvement Specialist

Idaho National Laboratory is hiring a Process Architect - Continuous Improvement Specialist to work in our Business Management department. Our team works a 9x80 schedule located out of our Idaho Falls EROB facility with every other Friday off.

The Process Architect (Continuous Improvement Specialist) plays a pivotal role in leading and facilitating improvement efforts across multiple organizations. Their expertise in process improvement methods, change management, and project management is critical in driving efficiency, effectiveness, and quality improvements.

You will report to the Director of Business Process Architecture.

Responsibilities include:

• Supports rapid improvement activities in collaboration with departmental and cross functional teams to achieve and sustain successful process improvements across the enterprise.
• Providing process improvement support to complex and multi-organizational projects.
• Frequently interacts with internal customers.
• Performs work under only general direction. Suggests methods and approaches to best address the scope of the activity.
• Performs work in an ambiguous environment requiring flexibility and adaptability.
• Identifies improvement opportunities by analyzing current state processes and through end-user interactions.
• Supports the training and facilitation of multi-functional teams in problem solving, process improvement, and development of control plans.
• Support activities to raise leaders and associates awareness of continuous improvement.
• Gathers and analyzes both qualitative and quantitative data through various systems and tools to define problems and to measure the effectiveness of improvements.
• Supports activities while building capacity to eventually lead process improvement efforts.

Minimum Requirements:

PR0200: Bachelors Degree and 2 years of relevant experience or Masters and 1 years

PR0300: Bachelors Degree and 5 years of relevant experience or Masters and 3 years

PR0200-Salary Grade 180-($64,272 - $102,840)

PR0300-Salary Grade 200-($83,412 - $137,592)
