General Description (major areas of responsibility of this position): A person in this position will manage, track, and run processes to provide a great experience, including employee surveys and associated analysis, peer to peer communications, leadership training, total comp program analysis, culminating in total experience analysis and improvement programming. This role will be in office with 25% travel. Minimum Qualifications:Formal Training (courses, degrees, and credentials required): BA Degree or equivalent – HR related degree preferred; Preferred SPHR or SHRM-SCPExperience (type and amount of experience required):Minimum 5 years of exceptional work in a Director role for a multi-state companyMinimum 10 years in HR capacity
