Key Responsibilities:
Lead and grow our Tire and Service Centers at a great location in Eau Claire, WI. Maximize profit by utilizing your skills in sales, service, operations, and leadership.
Sales Leadership – lead & direct team to deliver best in class sales & service to achieve established sales objectives.
Operational Excellence – Utilize performance metrics to help maintain operational efficiency consistent with established expectations.
Customer Service– Manage team to help all understand and execute company Customer Commitment- “to provide and level of service that is the BEST! Then strive to make it better!”
Team Leadership – build and retain an engaged and productive team by establishing a culture of trust and respect.
Financial Management – manage center revenue and expenses to maximize bottom-line return.
Qualifications and Benefits:
The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in business or related field and a minimum of 3 years of management experience in the tire industry or related area, or the equivalent in education and experience. Other requirements include strong leadership skills, the ability to evaluate sales and profit performance and control expenses, the ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks, and strong customer service orientation.
