The Sales Coordinator will support business goals and objectives while supporting the company’s mission, vision, and values through all he/she does on a daily basis.
Position Overview
- If you're a self-starter, motived worker, with a go-getter mentality; this could be an excellent opportunity for you! This is a role that helps to keep the business development team organized, held accountable, motivated to remain on track to achieve sales goals.
Responsibilities Include:
- Supports the CEO and Business Development Team with scheduling, planning marketing activities, assist at conferences and other events as needed.
- Help with budgeting & purchasing marketing materials & promotional items.
- Setting sales appointments and meetings as needed for the CEO.
- Communicating with insurance adjusters, TPA’s, property managers, outside vendors or prospective clients.
- Participate and organize rotation calls for the sales and production team.
- Assisting with performance reviews for the Business Development Team.
- Producing sales reports and preparing presentations.
- Going into CRM to pull sales reports.
- Review data integrity and make updates in the CRM and project management software as needed.
- Prepare and monitor budgets for the business development team.
- Preparing travel and meeting arrangements for the team.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings.
- Other duties may be assigned.
The successful candidate must possess the following (Qualifications):
- Strong organization skills and clear-minded on work needing to be done to accomplish the assigned task.
- Independent and can self-direct to complete assigned work in a timely manner.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees and customers.
- MUST be exceptionally skilled in using Microsoft Office programs.
- Experience with CRM software.
- Time Management – Ability to organize and complete work within given deadlines.
- Strong familiarity with social media management including creation and management of Twitter, Facebook Group, Instagram and Linkedin.
- Spanish is a PLUS
- OUTGOING and POSITIVE personality a must!
Education & Experience
High school diploma; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or related field preferred.
