Data Entry Clerk

Responsibilities:
- Enter data into various systems accurately and efficiently
- Transcribe information from source documents to electronic systems

-QuickBooks knowledge a plus
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Assist with data collection as needed
- Conduct basic math calculations to verify accuracy of data entries
- Process and manage order entry tasks
- Provide administrative support to the team as required

Requirements:
- Proven experience in data entry or related clerical role
- Proficient typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with various data entry systems and software
- Ability to transcribe information quickly and accurately
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with order entry processes is preferred
- Strong administrative skills, including file management and record keeping
- Familiarity with Office, Excel, Word is helpful

This position requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
