Job Description
We are looking for two Junior Marketing Project Manager to join the Virtual Demand Center (VDC) team with strong organizational and communication skills and who enjoys working in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for managing complex projects in a timely manner from inception through completion, building project schedules, and managing stakeholder communications. You will also be asked to collect and document business and technical requirements associated with active projects and coordinate related change management activities.
What You'll Do
You’ll work with our VDC Demand Operations and VDC Engage analysts and leaders to manage complex projects, and document new requirements, processes, and business agreements as we expand and optimize our operations. This will be accomplished through accompanying our team members during stakeholder meetings, discovery sessions, and workshops and includes maintaining project schedules, deliverables, related documentation, etc.
You must be able to influence, collaborate with, and motivate cross-functional teams. Communicate in clear language using flow charts, storyboards, mockups, Sharepoint sites, and detailed user story documents.
Relevant Skills & Experience
- Ability to coordinate with VDC subject matter experts, IT analysts, and business stakeholders, to correlate their ideas and manage complex cross-functional projects in a dynamic environment.
- Have a keen eye for detail, quickly grasp technical knowledge and a good understanding of how to map out impacts to process.
- Meet aggressive deadlines and handle the work requests presented.
- Ability to use visual components such as charts, graphs, lists, etc., to highlight and amplify valuable information.
- Edit and update material produced by stakeholder teams/technical staff and comprehend it for the end-users.
- Collect stakeholder feedback to update and improve documentation and Sharepoint information.
Skills
- Proficiency with the MS-Office suite (Powerpoint, Word, Visio, Excel), Microsoft Sharepoint, Mindmap, Mindmanager, Jira, and basic HTML
Qualifications
- A college degree is preferred but not required.
- Prior experience with a technical or IT-oriented company
