Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team. The Registered Nurse is also responsible for professional accountability and development. - The registered nurse collaborates and communicates with inter-disciplinary care providers in developing and assisting in plan of care - Organizes and prioritizes and updates plan of care in collaboration with patient, family, and significant others in a medical/surgical unit - Identifies patients at risk for injury regarding diagnosis, medication, procedure, age, etc., and prepares room environment. Qualifications:

Requirements: - Registered Nurse license - BLS Certification - 6 months post-licensure RN acute care experience - Associates Degree in Nursing

Salary : $93,100 - $118,000
