Summary:
Creates and translates data into actionable insights to guide decision-making for SRO staffing, productivity, and quality initiatives. Responsible for developing and producing analytical reports and dashboards related to the management of staffing for Nursing/Patient Services and provides to executive leadership. Utilizes diverse data sources including, tableau, Kronos, and Lawson platforms to project staffing needs and identify the number of staff and premium labor necessary to meet Nursing/Patient Services staffing demands. Focuses on developing and conducting innovative analyses designed to support the appropriate management of labor resources to achieve strategies that support delivery of patient care in the most cost effective manner. Preferred experience includes Kronos, Microsoft office suite, Tableau development.

Education:
Required - Bachelors - Business; Or - Bachelors - Computer Science; Or - Bachelors - Informatics; Or - Bachelors - Related Field;
Preferred - Masters - Business; Or - Masters - Informatic
