Description:
- The Assistant Nurse Manager (Supervisor) is proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective management skills.
- Supports the Nurse Manager in a supervisory capacity while managing team member and patient care issues, ongoing team member performance appraisal and the hiring, counseling and terminating process.
- Acts as a role model for other team members and the communication of organizational information.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:
- 2 years RN experience and 1 year Healthcare Leadership preferred
- A background in the Operating Room - Required
Certifications, Licensures, Education:
- BLS - Required
- Registered nurse license- Required
- Bachelor Degree in Nursing- Required
