What are the responsibilities and job description for the Compensation Data Analyst position at BayCare?

The Compensation Data Analyst is:
- Responsible for supporting the programs and processes related to various compensation programs in INFOR and other systems (i.e., performance management, incentives, certifications, team award, etc.).
- Works with Compensation team to provide data analysis supporting compensation programs. Analyzes and audits compensation programs and provides compensation data for decision making and compliance.
- Uses data from multiple sources and conducts ad hoc analysis to deliver information. Creates job descriptions in INFOR, etc.
- Works with Compensation team on evaluation of jobs using established process, determines pay grade, exemption status and maintains records related to job evaluation.
- Works closely with team and customers to provide timely and accurate customer service to BayCare leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Experience and Skills:
- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables & complex formulas) skills, working with large data sets. Using/understanding business analytics platforms is preferred (Birst, Tableau, etc.).
- Ability to independently problem-solve, and self-motivated. Preferred: Ability to work in large fast-paced organization.
- Required - 2 years data analysis, data analytics or HRIS/Human Resources system support experience.
Education:
- Required - Bachelors - Business, HR, Analytics, Healthcare or related field.
Location: Clearwater, FL (Hybrid)
Status: Full Time, Exempt: Yes
Shift Hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm
Weekend Work: Occasional
