Medmax Credit Acct Analyst

BayCare is currently in search of our newest Team Member who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. We are looking for an individual seeking a career opportunity with one of the largest employers within the Tampa Bay area.

The Medmax Credit Account Analyst will work remote on a hybrid basis with shift remote and on-site in Clearwater, FL. This team member must reside in Florida.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for accurately entering data and updating Medmax Credit card holder's accounts. Provide superior customer service while maintaining high standards of excellence mandated by MedMax Credit and Clients.
• Has understanding of all appropriate policies and procedures, a basic knowledge of The Credit Card Act and provide follow up on the accounts that do not meet the MedMax Credit card guidelines. Must perform all duties in direct compliance with the FDIC Truth in Lending Act and Credit Card Act of 2009 and within client specific guidelines established by MedMax Credit.
