Position Description: RN
The Clinical Nurse II responsibilities include:
Independently cares for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards. Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
Responsible for professional accountability and development.
Performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.
SIPP Only: Direct contact with the child and has primary responsibility for providing personal care, assistance and supervision to a child.

Requirements:
Certifications and Licensures:
BLS (Basic Life Support)
RN (Registered Nurse)
ACLS (Cardiovascular) if required by department
Preferred Nurse Specialty
Education:
Associate's Nursing or Diploma Nursing
Preferred Bachelor's Nursing
Experience:
Required experience includes 1 year RN Acute Care experience
OR 6 months RN Acute Care experience with prior LPN experience and completed competency assessment.
Location: Morton Plant Hospital
Status: Full Time, Exempt: No
Shift Hours: 6:45am - 7:15pm
Weekend Work: Every Other
On Call: No
