Summary:
Responsible for the analysis and monitoring of vacancies and variables impacting staffing needs across the hospital division as it relates to contract labor. Identifies opportunities and works with leaders/SRO operations for implementation. Identifies and forecasts contract labor needs for the system. Determines assignment of contract labor resources to nursing and allied specialties based upon staffing metrics/volume fluctuations as well as movement of existing contract labor resources. Identifies needs for additional contract labor based upon analysis. Ensures appropriate staffing levels through the assignment of contract labor resources according to identified staffing metrics. Communicates, collaborates, and works with leaders regarding shifting staffing resources and determining the most appropriate use of internal and outside vendor contract labor resources. Ensures system and seasonal pool team members are assigned based upon identified need and works with leaders accordingly. Works collaboratively with SRO leadership and operations to communicate priority of daily criticality of staff assignments/needs. The Staffing Analyst will be responsible for the coordination and management of system and seasonal pool housing and stipend options, including the analysis, trending, and leadership reporting of data related to TM participation. Works with leaders to validate position control data. Required 5 years in staffing, workforce management or data analysis.

Required: Associates Degree
Preferred: Bachelors Degree

Shift Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
This position is a hybrid role that requires three days a week on site and the remaining two days working from home.
