Description:
The Supvr Neurodiagnostics provides supervisory support for the BayCare system in regards to Neurodiagnostics. Supports the Manager with managing team members across the system as well as handles patience care issues and physician concerns. Assist with hiring, performance reviews, coaching, counseling and termination. Ensures adequate staffing, team member competency and policy and procedure review. Ensures regulatory requirements are met and establishes goals for process improvement. Acts as a role model for others. Preferred certification includes CLTM and CNIM. Required education includes technical in Neurodiagnostics. 5 years experience in Neurodiagnostics. Preferred experience includes 3 years Clinical Coordinator, Neurodiagnostics.
