NA Qual Excellence Mgr
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role, NA Quality Excellence Manager, are to:
- Partner with key Global, Regional, and site stakeholders to ensure the NA PS Regional Quality Management System complies with Crop Science Quality governance and ISO 90001 standards;
- Lead and manage NA PS Quality Internal Audit program development, implementation and training in collaboration with site personnel to ensure alignment, ownership and continuous improvement;
- Lead and manage NA PS Quality Management Review (QMR) program and global reporting requirements;
- Lead and manage NA PS Corrective Action / Preventative Action (CAPA) program development, implementation and training in collaboration with site level Quality Managers;
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop QMS program training tools and improve overall sustainability of QMS programs;
- Establish tracking, trending metrics, & reports for Internal Audit, CAPA and QMR;
- Ensure all programs follow ISO 9001 standards and internal Bayer Policy Standards.
- Manages and trends on NA PS Observations, CAPAs and engages with key stakeholders to drive business and operational improvements based on analyses;
- Establish effectiveness checks of QMS programs to ensure the programs are delivering business value and to drive continuous improvement of overall QMS programs;
- Provide quality expertise, guidance, and assistance for troubleshooting Quality Management System related situations or concerns as needed.
- Engage in development and implementation of sustainable quality management systems in partnership with local, QC, Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), PS, Global Quality Excellence, and external partners throughout the project process;
- Lead NA Quality risk management assessments and develop/implement effective risk management strategies to ensure LTO;
- Manage document control activities and lead NA Quality stakeholders through the transition to the MyDocs system;
- Be able to travel necessary (~10%).

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, supply chain, business or similar degree;
- At least of 7years of work-related experience with extensive knowledge of Quality Management/ISO Systems;
- Ability to lead cross-functional and global initiatives;
- Strong partnering / stakeholder management skills & change management;
- Leadership through influence;
- Have ability to communicate and lead change to mitigate risk;
- Knowledge of Quality systems (i.e., SAP, Intelex, MyDocs, CIS/Salesforce).
