We re seeking a dynamic and experienced Workday HRIS Manager to join our client People and Places team. As the Workday HRIS Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the continuous development, optimization, security, data integrity, reporting, and overall platform management of Workday within our organization.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the continuous development, optimization, and security of the Workday platform.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Workday through regular audits and maintenance activities.
- Develop and generate meaningful reports and analytics to support business decision-making.
- Provide vision and oversight to departmental operations and initiatives related to Workday.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data-related inquiries and resolve issues.
- Lead Workday integration projects, including integration with ATS applications such as Lever.
- Stay up-to-date with Workday updates and enhancements, and implement best practices accordingly.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Workday functionalities and processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Management Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 7-8 years of experience, with a minimum of 4 years of HRIS/Workday experience.
- Proficiency in Workday Reporting using Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Reporting & Workday Business Process Framework.
- Experience with Workday Studio systems, XSLT (Extensible Stylesheet Language Transformations) Language Coding, Workday Configurable Security and Business Object, and Workday Application Configuration.
- Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience of integrating Workday with ATS applications such as Lever is preferred.
- Workday certification(s) are a huge plus.
