Center Manager-Outpatient
Full Time / Burleson, TX
BSW Burleson is seeking a Center Manager to lead a dynamic team comprised of 3 PT’s, 1 OT and 1.5 PSS’s. Primary patient population consists of Orthopedics, Worker’s Compensation, high level neuro and Oncology. This clinic has an established relationship with the Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders in Burleson, as well as several orthopedic and spine groups throughout Fort Worth and Burleson. We are looking for a motivated individual, with good communication skills, to enhance our relationships within the community. ReVital certification is preferred, but not required. As the Center Manager, the successful candidate will manage daily operations, carry an active patient caseload and work 2 early and/or late shifts per week. Clinic hours are 7 AM – 6 PM Monday – Thursday and 7 AM -1 PM on Friday.

Responsibilities
Provides daily management and supervision of services at assigned center, possesses a diverse knowledge base and skill set to facilitate patient treatment and staff development. Facilitate team dynamics and efficient facility functions. The CM is involved in the organization and the community to help grow the business. Responsible for staff and financial management of the outpatient center, identifies key indicators and influences upon them. Communicates with Regional Director/Market Manager on an on-going basis and provides clinical and operational performance updates.
Qualifications
- Current and valid state licensure as a Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapist required. (For Center Manager/Speech: Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association required)
- Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
- A minimum of three years experience in a rehab setting required with supervisory experience preferred.
