What are the responsibilities and job description for the Resident Advisor (RA) position at BAYSHORE LODGING?
Resident Advisor:
Bayshore Lodging has a full-time opening for a Resident Advisor position at one of our residential programs. The program provides residential and supportive services to adults who are able to live independently.
The Resident Advisor duties:
- Create, maintain and nurture meaningful relationships through enduring conversations with each resident in the program.
- Being regularly present on shift, this means interacting with clients often and spending significant time visible on the floor frequently interacting with all residents.
- Create opportunities for residents to develop friendships with those in the program. This will require an early emphasis on programming with an eye toward helping residents create community.
- Prepare nutritious meals for the residents.
- Clean up after meal time, activities and general housekeeping responsibilities.
- Supervise residents with the self-administration of their daily medications and accurately maintain medication logs.
- Prepare weekly menus, food shopping lists, and inventory of household supplies.

Pay: $39,902.00 - $44,745.00 per year
