Job Summary:
The Scheduler for the Nut Department here at Bazzini is responsible for maintaining the daily schedule for all lines pertaining to the Nut Department. With the expectation of maintaining stocking levels established by management. Scheduled in accordance to our company SQF guidelines and company SOP’s - FSP5030 (Allergen Management Program), FSP5030F1, (Labeling of Allergens) and FSP 5032 Internal Allergen Cleaning.
Primary Duties:
· Maintain Stocking Levels on all Bazzini products, established by management.
· Maintain a daily schedule for all departments associated with Bazzini’s Nut Department.
· Analyze selling patterns for individual sku’s and products offered by Bazzini.
· Achieve long term schedule, based upon a time frame established by management. Minimum 2 weeks with a goal of achieving 3 months. With the ability to schedule forward.
· Other duties as assigned by management.
· Enforce all GMPs and safety regulations.
· Maintain cGMP Hygiene awareness, allergen awareness and food safety practices.
· Participate in SQF, Organic, Gluten Free, and regulatory audits when required.
Job Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. 3-5 years planning/scheduling experience. Ability to speak, write and read English required; bilingual in Spanish preferred.
Physical Demands:
Ability to sit for long periods of time at a computer.
