We’re looking for a credentialed Cardiac Sonographer to provide diagnostic services to our physician partners in San Antonio and surrounding area. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Perform Cardiac sonographic procedures.
- Inspect and review patient charts, reports, lab results, and medical history.
- Create patient reports to assist the physician with documentation.
- Communicate sonographic findings to physician.
- Provide visual sonographic guidance to physicians and clinical team.
- Communicate machine errors or needs to maintain quality machines and imagery.
- Restock sonography rooms with required supplies for sonography performance.
- Cover a variety of clinical settings, including outreach clinics, which may involve extended commute times.
- Increase your knowledge of diseases and new procedures through CMEs.
- Other duties assigned by managers.

IS THIS YOU?
- Graduate of a CAAHEP-accredited educational program in Diagnostic Medical Sonography
- Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) or Adult Echo Sonographer (AE)
- Knowledgeable of human anatomy and medical terminology related specialty
- Knowledgeable of applied physics related to ultrasound
- Compliant with HIPAA as it relates to the use of EMR systems
- Able to communicate effectively with physicians, clients, and team members
- Able to remain calm in emergencies or patient distress
DO YOU SCORE ANY BONUS POINTS?
- Bachelor's degree in Sonography or other related fields of study
- Registered Congenital Cardiac Sonographer (RCCS) or Pediatric Echo Sonographer (PE)
- Registered Vascular Technologist Certification (RVT)
