Guide the merchandising team on lineplanning andproduct roadmapping. Drive weekly business discussions with GlobalMerchandising and Regional channels to analyze the business diggingdeeper into sellingtrends.
OpentoBuy(OTB) Management : Lead the OTB processdeveloping managing and adjusting forecasts and receipt targets toachieve financial goals.
InventoryManagement : Forecast FG and WIP inventorymonthly and review trends to maintain optimal levels to avoidoverstock and stockouts manage replenishment business and driveresults adjusting based on realtime sales data.
GrossMargin Planning : Develop strategies tooptimize gross margins by balancing product costs andpricing.
Reporting : Provide regular retail performance reports related to sales margininventory and market trends to management.

Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Business Retail / Fashion Merchandising or related field.
57years of experience in a retail or brand environment including timeas a Merchandise Planner or Retail Business Analyst with globalmerchandising experience.
Advancedproficiency in MS Excel and RetailMath.
Stronganalytical creative problemsolving skills and business acumen.
Highlycritical thinker that can make decisions with imperfectinformation.
Excellentcommunication and presentation skills.
Abilityto thrive in an entrepreneurial environment with strong timemanagement skills.
Experiencewith streetwear and DTC / ecommerce is preferred.
