Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within the company. Your role will involve collaborating with hiring managers, conducting interviews, and managing the entire recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates
- Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop job descriptions
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (Taleo, iCIMS) and HRIS (Paychex) to manage candidate information and track progress
- Negotiate offers of employment and manage contract negotiations
- Conduct employee evaluations to ensure performance meets expectations
- Assist in the development of training programs for new hires
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (Taleo, iCIMS) and HRIS (Paychex)
- Ability to effectively negotiate with candidates and hiring managers
- Experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications
- Knowledge of training development processes
- Familiarity with sales techniques for attracting top talent
