- Administering employee benefits programs and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to maintain a productive and positive work environment.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute HR initiatives and contribute to company-wide projects.
- Conducting training sessions for employees on HR-related topics and promoting professional development opportunities.
- Maintaining accurate HR records and utilizing HRIS systems effectively.
- Facilitating in recruitment and onboarding new hires.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar HR capacity for 3-5 years.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Sound knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with employees at all levels.
