Responsibilities
- Coordinate and organize office activities
- Utilize QuickBooks to track company financials and reconcile entries
- Provides administrative support to ensure effective operation of office
- Invoice and receive payments from customers and keep accounts accurate and up to date
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivables
- Perform other duties as assigned, supporting all departments as needed
- Support HR in scheduling meetings, interviews and transport
Qualifications
- Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
