As a Project Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our construction projects. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from preconstruction planning to final completion. Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project safety.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee contract administration tasks, including submittals, material procurement, and requests for information.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to review subcontractor pricing.
- Maintain as-built record documents.
- Attend and document OAC meetings.
- Manage project close-out activities.
- Conduct site visits to review quality, safety, and project progress.
- Provide solutions to problems and document project progress.
Requirements:
- 0-4 years of relevant experience.
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Bluebeam, and Outlook.
- Adaptability to a dynamic work environment.
- Willingness to handle diverse responsibilities.
- Ability to travel within the Colorado Springs area.
- OSHA 10Hr and 30Hr certifications may be required.
- Pre-hire physical and drug tests.
