Sales Executive (New Business)

BCC Research provides comprehensive analysis of global market sizing, forecasting and industry intelligence, covering markets where advances in science and technology are improving the quality, standard and sustainability of businesses, economies and lives.

We are looking for a Sales Executive with a focus on new business to join the sales team reporting into the Head of Global Consulting. BCC head office is based in Wellesley, Boston, ideally looking for someone based within the a commutable distance to the office, however this role will be predominantly based from home, also willing to consider remote working, but will need to be able to travel as and when needed due to business needs.

Job Responsibilities Overview

  • Achieve annual sales target, exclusively working with new logos to expand BCC’s customer base.
  • Follow up on inbound marketing leads and outbound sales activity via phone and email
  • Use of Salesforce to track activity and monthly forecasting.
  • Conducting sales meetings with customers and delivering company sales pitches
  • Onboarding customers and appropriate handover to the Account Management team
  • Package and sales negotiation

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • 2 – 4 years of experience within a B2B sales industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education
  • Excellent customer management skills
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, Office 365 and Lusha/ZoomInfo
  • Articulate and well-spoken

Package

  • OTE $45,000 - $80,000 p/a
  • There are no caps on commission

  • 15 days PTO increasing by 1 day for years completed service up to a max of 20 days
