Team Lead
Full time, Bangalore
In this role, you will be responsible for providing guidance, instruction, training, and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum. You should create a cohesive team that works efficiently together to maximize the team's potential. To be successful as a team leader, you should have a track record of team motivation and positive results. Ultimately, a top-notch team leader should display excellent interpersonal skills to build quality relationships with the team and with customers, be goal-driven, and manage the day-to-day activities of the team efficiently.
As a Customer Support Team Lead, you will
- Conduct training of team members to maximize their potential
- Ensure team members are kept up to date with new policies, procedures, and announcements
- Provide Support Handling calls/emails based on Service Levels whenever the operation requires it
- Maintain constant communication with Operations teams and advisors
- Complete 1QA Monitor per month for each advisor
- Conduct and complete the Onboarding Certification process for New Hires
About you
- Prior experience in the corporate travel industry
- Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
- Advanced skills in travel industry system GDS Amadeus
- Demonstrated excellent professional customer service and problem resolution skills
