Job Type : Full time, Contract, Onsite
Pay Range : $22 / hr on W2 (must be able to work on W2 without sponsorship)

Position Description
Researches, extracts, compiles, and analyzes data; develops periodic reports and processes ad hoc reporting requests; assists in documenting and training of related procedures;
creates, maintains, and updates databases; and researches and resolves issues associated with information in the database.
Duties : Retrieves records or data and distributes information as appropriate in order to provide timely and accurate information to department members or external customers.
Updates and maintains databases, systems applications or files to ensure accurate and current information is available for use by others.
Performs analysis of complex nature on information received, and researches or resolves issues following prescribed procedures.
Gathers and summarizes data from various sources in order to complete reports and special projects.
Maintains database systems, ensuring the integrity of the data within each system and resolves issues relating to the database information.
Assists with documenting and training the processes used in working with the various database systems.
As a Design Coordinator for Ottumwa Works in Ottumwa, IA, you will support all current production products using Engineering Change Management (ECM) processes,
managing bills of materials, material masters, drawing revisions, and part attribute data. In addition, you will :
- Create and modify production level specifications in the factory data base using inputs from Engineering Change Management (ECM) and sister factory decisions
- Communicate engineering and resourcing changes to production
- Provides consultation services on standards, processes, and related technical issues to identify, prevent or solve problems
- Work from system generated reports to ensure accurate data and part integrity
- Uses knowledge and experience to serve as liaison and consultant providing feedback that affects specification and decision activities;
serves as specification representative for project teams
- Coordinates and delegates inter-factory decision changes
- Facilitates required multi-discipline meetings, records and publishes meeting minutes and works closely with other affected stake holders to establish a consistent pattern for adopting specifications.
- Assist with print reviews, quote requests and part searches by providing print or part information and may perform design tasks of a moderately complex nature
- Train team members to assure that work is completed using proper processes
- Maintain experimental drawing revisions and audits of production and prototype builds to verify Bill of Materials (BOM); and performs BOM analysis

What Skills You Need
- Experience with Excel problem solving skills
- Strong communication, planning, and organization skills
- Work experience in a team environment
- Understanding of bills of material (BOM)
- Work experience in information systems such as PDMLink (Winchill), Netweaver, and SAP
What Makes You Stand Out
Other areas of experience or interest that will help us place you on the right team include :
- 1 or more years of SAP experience
- Experience gathering data, investigating issues, and providing recommendations
- 1 or more years of cProject experience
- 1 or more years working with cross-functional teams
- Experience executing projects and leveraging EPDP processes
Education (or equivalent work experience)
Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent work experience in the following :
- Bachelor's degree or Associates Degree in Business / Management, Engineering / Technology, or Ag Sciences
- Apprentice ship or relevant experience
