Duties:Handle all aspects of civil litigation cases from initiation to resolution.Conduct legal research and analysis on various civil matters.Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.Prepare for and participate in hearings, depositions, and trials.Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal team members on case strategy.Manage case files, including document organization and review. Requirements:Colorado license to practice law and current residency in Colorado.1-5 years of relevant civil litigation experience.Strong litigation and/or trial experience preferred.Excellent brief writing skills.Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and strategic thinking.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and teamwork. Education and Certifications:Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Colorado Bar.
