SIGN ON BONUS $500 = $250 after training (3- 4 weeks from date of hire) & $250 at 90 days of employment

Summary

Do you love speaking to people on the phone? Are you looking to have control over how much money you can make in commission? With commissions, new call center reps average $16-22 per hour (base hourly pay commission)!

We are looking for people who can sell a Free In-Home Consultation to customers over the phone. We have plenty of digital leads and inbound phone calls coming in and our team is growing. Some of our top callers have no experience on the phones or in the Home Improvement industry. We will train you to be a rock star!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Our automatic dialer will make outbound calls for you. Your goal is to set 1.75-2.0 billable Free In-Home Consultation (appointments) per hour worked
  • No cold calling
  • Answer inbound calls
  • Gather customer information, warm transfer qualified leads to our dealers, and schedule in-home appointments
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Be able on the phone for an extended period of time (three 5-minutes breaks per 8-hour shift in addition to your unpaid lunch break)
  • Remain calm under stressful situations

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Enjoy working with people
  • Must be detail-oriented, highly organized and able to perform under pressure
  • Ability to work independently, self–starter and energetic
  • Have a team player attitude

Call Center Schedule

  • Monday to Friday – Either a Morning/Early Afternoon shift OR Late Afternoon/Evening shift
  • Saturday – Call Center Reps work Saturdays and get a weekday off.
  • Sunday – Closed

Education and/or Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of Call Center or Customer Service experience (preferred)
