Growing Power Equipment Dealer in De Soto, MO is in search of a Retail Finance manager. This position offers finance options to clients through established relationships with lenders/providers. Explains offerings and recommends products to meet the needs of the client. Negotiates contract terms and rates to meet the goals of the organization. Ensures applications and paperwork are completed correctly and in a timely manner. Reports to Sales manager. Must be capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. Requires 3 years of managerial experience, previous F&I experience strongly preferred.
