BCJ Building Services, a full-service janitorial company, is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to
join our team in Atlanta, GA. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human
resource management, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting the company's strategic goals.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive HR knowledge, and a passion for driving
employee engagement. This position reports to the Chief of Staff. Office work required 4 days a week with
Friday as an optional work from home day.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Planning:
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job posting and recruiting to onboarding, ensuring the

- Act as point of contact for employee relations issues, conducting investigations and resolving

- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and

- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employee benefits.
- Compile and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Prepare regular reports for management on HR-related activities and initiatives.
- Stay current with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Update HR policies and practices as needed to reflect changes in legislation.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree ideal
- Candidate must be bi-lingual (Spanish and English).
- Proven experience (3 years minimum) as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
