Our client, a boutique private equity firm located in Midtown, is looking to hire a Facilities Coordinator to help support the office and keep it running day-to-day. The successful candidate will have 3 years of experience in office coordination or facilities out of a corporate environment. This person must be flexible and proactive with amazing attention to detail. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team! This role is in the office, 5x a week.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for stocking all pantries, refrigerators, and kitchen supplies
- Manage supply rooms, printers, shredding bins, and general office organization
- Coordinate of daily team lunch orders and deliveries
- Managing and coordinating weekly catering and clear up
- Greeting and coordinating vendor deliveries
- Handle all mail, packages, creation of labels, and organizing pick-ups with major postal agencies
- Maintain conference room calendars, and reset rooms following meetings
- Keep conference rooms and public spaces tidy and presentable
- Maintain dishwashers, coffee machines, humidifiers, etc.
- Backup coverage for all reception duties including, answering phones, visitor management
- Discard large boxes/ trash by freight elevator
- Occasionally messenger documents to offices within NYC
- Work closely with Officer Managers to report any maintenance requests
- Work closely with Receptionist to ensure continued coverage of main lobby
- ad hoc projects as requested
REQUIREMENTS
- 3 years of experience in office coordination or facilities with prior experience out of a mid-sized corporate environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Professional, Outlook, and web-based applications
- Expertise using meeting technology including audio visual equipment, industry software and web and video conferencing
- Professional presence, positive attitude and exceptional client service skills, with ability to build professional and respectful working relationships at all levels internal and/or external to the organization
- Strong decision-making, critical thinking, problem solving, time management, organizational and analytical skills
- Strategic awareness and effective daily planning
- Degree preferred
