Paralegals
We are seeking reliable, bilingual (Spanish) Paralegals with minimum 2-5 years personal injury experience. Responsibilities include :
- Discovery / Responding to discovery;
- Reviewing documents and legal research;
- Draft legal documents including subpoenas, complaints, summons, etc.;
- Assist with assembling of trial binders, exhibits, and appendices for court filings, depositions and mediations;
- Calendar upcoming court hearings and other deadlines;
- Draft, revise and finalize letters, briefs and memos;
- Collaborate with supervising Attorney and provide general administrative support;
Qualified candidates will have an ABA Paralegal Certificate and 2 years’ of litigation experience. Must have knowledge of Federal and State filing and service procedures and court guidelines.
