Responsibilities

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities• Work with Account Manager and internal teams to develop merchandise solutions appropriate to client needs

• Help team achieve and surpass annual sales revenue goals on assigned account• Become an expert in the client’s business, their industry and their competitors• Work with client to develop and execute business strategies and objectives• Disseminate client’s project requirements and brand direction to all of BDA’s internal partners• Knowledgeable of client contract specifics and monitor compliance• Develop detailed project timelines. Traffic manage all project milestones including samples, proofs, approvals, quality checks, and coordination between client and BDA internal teams on all phases of project from concept through execution.• Participate in team meetings-sharing knowledge and opportunities from on-site exposure• Work to develop upsell opportunities in all channels• Other job duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications

Experience Requirements

  • Retail marketing experience a plus
  • Able to creatively source retail brand and ASI merchandise
  • Bring merchandise plans to fruition by seasonality, themes, events and understanding generational needs.
  • Excellent project management skills including the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail oriented, deadline driven environment. Experience trafficking projects successfully between internal teams, external vendors and clients
  • Sales/Account Management/ Client Service experience
  • Customer service oriented
  • Strong liaison skills required
  • Exceptional organizational skills
