**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Coordinator to join our team. The Construction Coordinator will be responsible for procuring subcontractor bids for construction projects, creating schedules, and ensuring projects are properly bid on time and within budget. Coordinator will work with Project Manager to insure necessary Purchase orders and Contracts are created and accurate to reflect scope as directed by the Project Manager.

**Responsibilities:**

- Coordinate construction office activities and ensure all phases of construction have ample resources for bidding, call and follow up with bidders on a daily basis.Assit Project Manager in procurement of related materials and services.

- Collaborate with project managers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution of paperwork required.

- Utilize ACT, Excel, Microsoft word, to create Purchase orders, Contracts and other job related documents to begin a project.

- Review and take direction on construction plans and specifications, orginize, post documents to bid sites, upload documents to web. Plot off and copy plans for Project Manager

- Maintain accurate documentation of project activities and communication

**Qualifications:**

- Previous office experience required

- Proficiency in construction management bidding sites, construct connect software.

- Basic understanding of construction processes,

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

- Knowledge of contract management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
