Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Service Associate to join our team. As a Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the service department in various duties. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Duties:
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and service orders
- Assist with motor diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Coordinate logistics for parts procurement and delivery
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Assist in equipment repair and fabrication as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience:
- Previous experience in a marina or service environment is preferred
- Strong negotiation skills to procure necessary parts and services
- Proficient in data entry and computer systems
- Mechanical knowledge to assist with equipment repair and fabrication
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
