What you will do::
  • Provide frontline support for pricing inquiries from divisional business partners and branch operations
  • Set up pricing for branches based on bids and internal customer requests
  • Create and maintain contract profiles and implement customer pricing for branches
  • Collaborate with Pricing Analysts to assist District and Branch managers, Sales Directors, and Outside Sales Representatives
  • Process additional pricing requests, including item modifications on existing contract
  • Research pricing inquiries from Branch Managers, Sales Directors, and Sales Representatives
  • Manage data load files for price increases as directed by Sales Directors/Branch Managers
  • Generate reports for District/Branch Managers on expiring contracts, customers without discount profiles, and customer classification
What you will bring::
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Self-starter, capable of independent work
  • Proficient with ERP and pricing systems like PriceFx, and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Able to grasp light reporting tools like Tableau
  • Quick learner, adept at adapting to changing demands
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service mindset
  • Occasional travel flexibility
