Analyst/Coordinator

Required Skills:

Experience working with POS systems

Must have a basic understanding of how polling works

Experience tracking data using Excel

Experience creating support tickets and distributing to different teams

Ability to multi-task while keeping a high attention to detail

Experience following up with multiple groups/individuals

Must be extremely detail-oriented

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desired Skills:

Aloha POS experience is highly desired

Experience facilitating meetings

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field of study

Description of Role/Responsibilities:

We are looking for an Analyst who enjoys handling multiple different tasks each day. The selected individual will be responsible for a variety of things including: looking at polling results and escalating issues to the correct teams, keeping track of open/known problems using Excel, following up with different teams and individuals, etc. This will require excellent attention to detail, communication and follow up skills.
