Beacon Hill Legal is looking for a Conflicts Intake Specialist for a leading global economic consulting firm. This role is a fully remote opportunity!
Role Overview: The Conflicts Intake Specialist will manage the client intake and conflicts process, ensuring accurate information flow between professional staff, the conflicts department, and financial accounting. This role is critical in opening matters and maintaining compliance with revenue recognition protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between professional staff and the conflicts department for accurate conflict checks and matter openings.
- Gather necessary information for matter openings and ensure accurate billing procedures.
- Identify and document special requirements for revenue recognition (budgets, caps, etc.).
- Coordinate with case supervisors on signed engagement letters.
- Maintain and update client information database.
- Generate specialized reports for practice management and financial accounting.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a conflicts role.
- Familiarity with Lotus Notes, Salesforce, Pacer, Intapp, and legal billing platforms advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
