Events Assistant

Job Duties :

  • Support event planning logistics, including setup and coordination as needed.
  • Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs for lodge guests, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Provide administrative support by assisting with data entry, filing, document preparation, and record-keeping.
  • Handle phone and email inquiries related to lodge bookings and events, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Assist in coordinating student staff and scheduling for office coverage, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Maintain communication with lodge guests to address inquiries and special requests promptly.
  • Assist in the distribution of event materials and equipment through effective scheduling.

Qualifications :

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excel, Office, 25Live, Workday, and G-suite applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in hospitality, event planning, or administrative support is a plus.
