Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle recruitment efforts from job posting to offer acceptance and onboarding
- Conduct new employee orientation and assist with onboarding
- Administer employee benefits programs
- Maintain HR records and employee files
- Manage community service and outreach opportunities for the office in addition to organizing and managing company social events including annual picnic, holiday party, retirements and birthdays
- Provide support to expats including visas, housing and more
- Act as point of contact for all employee inquiries and concerns
- Other administrative duties as assigned
About You :
- 5 years of Human Resources experience
- Proficiency with HRIS software and Microsoft Office
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Ability to work onsite 5 days a week
